To move your website under our management and take over hosting and billing, we’ll need to have the site transferred from your current WP Engine account to ours. This is a standard process on WP Engine and is fairly quick to complete.

Here are the steps:

  1. Log into your WP Engine dashboard

  2. Select the website (install) you’d like to transfer

  3. Click “Site Actions” → “Transfer Install”

  4. Enter our email address: support@2556media.com

  5. Submit the transfer request

Once that’s done, we’ll receive a notification to accept the transfer on our end and complete the process.

A couple quick notes:

  • There is no downtime expected during this transfer

  • Hosting and billing will move over to our account once completed

  • We recommend taking a backup before initiating (WP Engine typically does this automatically as well)
