Step 1: They must create a user account for you
Because Google Workspace admin permissions are domain-specific, you need to create a temporary email address for you under your domain (e.g.,yourname@yourdomain.com).
  1. Log in to the Google Admin Console using the account you used to sign up.
  2. Go to Directory > Users > Add new user.
  3. Fill in (Jordan) as first name, (Creative) as last name, and a new primary email address (support@yourdomain.com).
  4. Click Add new user, copy the temporary password, and send it to us via text (415) 932-8529.

Step 2: Elevate the new user Super Admin
Give that new account admin rights:
  1. On the new user profile page in the Admin Console, click Admin roles and privileges.
  2. Click the slider next to the Super Admin role to turn it on (it will turn blue).
  3. Click Save.
